What happens if party rental items get damaged or stained during my event?

Can I make last-minute additions or changes to my party rental order?

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your softplay for hire rental order, subject to item availability and available space in your transport boxes. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.

What happens if I miss the courier?

Accepted Answer

We advise booking your delivery for the Thursday before  your big weekend, that way, if you miss the courier they will try again the next day and you'll still have the equipment delivered in time before your party.

Our couriers also provide a text with a one hour delivery window and tracking information so you will have notice of their arrival.

Question 4

Can I get the equipment delivered to somewhere other than my home address?

Yes!

You can have the softplay for hire equipment delivered to wherever you need it - a holiday home, community centre, granny's house, etc. Just make sure that whoever is in knows the delivery is coming so that someone is there to accept it from the courier.

Can I use the equipment outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes - it's perfect for summer garden fun. We do just ask that if it rains you cover the equipment to keep it dry and ensure that any mud is cleaned off before you return the equipment.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver nationwide! We work with our delivery partner to ensure you're covered across England, Scotland and Wales. Apologies to all waggy tails in Northern Ireland but we've not quite made it over the water yet.
