Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your softplay for hire rental order, subject to item availability and available space in your transport boxes. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup.
We advise booking your delivery for the Thursday before your big weekend, that way, if you miss the courier they will try again the next day and you'll still have the equipment delivered in time before your party. Our couriers also provide a text with a one hour delivery window and tracking information so you will have notice of their arrival.
